– “Platform” refers to the online courses website and services provided by Metle Metlik.
– “User” or “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that uses the platform, or who enrols in and take courses;
– “Instructor(s)”/ “owners’ ‘ refers to the owners of Metle Metlik who create and upload courses.
3. User Accounts
– Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features. You presently agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
– Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Platform
– Eligibility: You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old to use the platform. Users under the age of 18 (eighteen) must have parental consent.
– License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
– Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, infringing on intellectual property rights, or disrupting the platform’s functionality.
5. Courses and Content
– Instructors/Owners Responsibilities: Instructors/owners are responsible for the content they upload, including ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
– Content Ownership: Instructors/owners retain full ownership over the uploaded contents.
– Course Enrolment: Customers gain access to courses upon enrolment and are granted a limited license to view the content for personal, educational purposes.
6. Payments and Refunds
– Pricing: Course prices are set by instructors/owners of the platform. Prices may vary based on promotions or other factors.
– Payment: Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the platform.
– Refunds: No applicable refund policy. Payments are considered one-off and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform IP: All content and materials on the platform (excluding user content) are owned by Metle Metlik or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved and finally settled by the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
