Vaginismus Program
Facing challenges with vaginismus? We’ve crafted a unique online program tailored just for you and your partner, to guide you step by step towards a pain-free intimate life.
Overview of the
program
This program is carefully designed to help women and their partners overcome vaginismus through practical, step-by-step strategies that are both balanced and comprehensive. It offers a holistic approach that addresses both the physical and psychological aspects of vaginismus, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the development and persistence of this condition.
Participants will learn how to dismantle the unconscious negative messages about sexuality that may contribute to fear, tension, and pain. At the same time, the program focuses on retraining the body’s physical responses — through progressive exercises, relaxation techniques, and body awareness — to support a healthy, pain-free, and fulfilling sexual relationship.
With expert guidance, evidence-based tools, and a compassionate framework, this program empowers women to reclaim their bodies, rebuild intimacy, and move confidently toward a more joyful and connected sexual life.

FAQ
What is the Metle Metlik Vaginismus Program?
The Metle Metlik Vaginismus Program is an online course designed to help you overcome vaginismus, a condition characterized by involuntary muscle spasms in the vaginal area that make penetration painful or impossible.
How long will it take me to complete the Metle Metlik Vaginismus Program?
The course is designed to be completed in a total of 12 weeks, but it is available for 6 months.
What happens if I don't finish the program in 6 months?
This course is thoughtfully structured to span over twelve weeks, but we fully acknowledge that every woman’s journey is unique. The time it takes to complete the program might vary, longer or shorter than the set twelve weeks, depending on your individual pace. To ensure flexibility and adaptability to your life’s rhythm, the course materials will be accessible for a total of six months. Should you require additional time beyond this, you can simply re-enroll to continue your journey.
Is the Metle Metlik Vaginismus Program suitable for all women with vaginismus?
Our Program is designed to help women who are experiencing vaginismus. However, it is important to note that every woman’s experience with vaginismus is unique, and the severity of the condition can vary.
It is designed to be accessible and helpful for women at all levels of severity, but it is always important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new treatment program.
It is also worth noting that while our program may be a helpful resource for some women, it may not be the right solution for everyone. Treatment for vaginismus should be tailored to each individual’s needs and may include a combination of physical therapy, counseling, and/or medical interventions.
What kind of support is available during the Metle Metlik Vaginismus Program?
Our program offers a variety of support to its participants including:
- Private group on the course platform where you can connect with other women who are going through similar experiences.
- Live Q&A sessions with the course instructors.
- One-on-one session with one of our expert instructors if you feel the need for more personalized guidance.
Can I continue trying to have sexual intercourse during the program?
We recommend that you stop trying to have penetration during the first phase of the program, to make sure you are really focusing on the exercises, and in order not to feel disappointment. However it is very important you keep an intimate life with your partner all through.
Is the Metle Melik Vaginismus Program exclusively for women who haven't experienced penetrative sex?
Not at all. Our program caters to women at all phases of their vaginismus journey. Whether you’ve never had penetrative intimacy, once had successful experiences but face challenges now, or are grappling with vaginismus due to medical issues or past trauma, this program is adaptable to meet your unique circumstances.
Can I access the Melte Metlik Vaginismus Program from anywhere in the world?
Yes, our program can be accessed from anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable internet connection. The program is designed to be entirely online, making it a great fit for those who might not have access to physical therapy or counseling services in their local area. The course resources are easily accessible from both a computer and a mobile device.
Does Metle Metlik guarantee results and improvement?
We have designed this program using years of training and experience with patients suffering from vaginismus. However sometimes you might not get the results you expected, and in this case it is important you follow up with the adequate health care provider (gynecologist, sex therapist or psychotherapist).
