The Bridal Boot camp Program is an online course, using pre-recorded videos designed to inform you of everything you need to know before getting married. From understanding your body, your cycle and how to prepare for a baby, to which contraception is best for you, and of cours dig deeper into your sexual life for it to be the most blooming possible.
How long will it take me to complete the Bridal Boot Camp Program?
The course is designed to be completed over 4 weeks, but the content will remain available for 12 weeks, giving you ample time to view and review the videos as needed.
What happens if I don't finish the program in 12 weeks?
This course is thoughtfully structured to span over four weeks, but we fully acknowledge that every woman’s journey is unique. The time it takes to complete the program might vary, longer or shorter than the set four weeks, depending on your individual pace. To ensure flexibility and adaptability to your life’s rhythm, the course materials will be accessible for a total of twelve weeks. Should you require additional time beyond this, you can simply re-enroll to continue your journey.

Dr. Sandrine Atallah is consultant in sexual medicine, a certified psychosexologist and a hypnotherapist. She received her M.D. from the Saint Joseph medical Faculty in Beirut (Lebanon), her degree in clinical sexology and in Medical Hypnosis from Paris (France). Additionally, she holds an Executive Master in Health Management from the ESA Business School in Lebanon and Paris VII University. She is a EFS & ESSM Certified Psycho-Sexologist.
