Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the Zoom meeting link. If you do not receive this email within a reasonable time, please check your junk or spam folder, as it might have been filtered there.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email containing the Zoom meeting link, please contact us at contactus@metlemetlik.com. We will make every effort to resend the link to you in a timely manner.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device to join the Zoom meeting. Metle Metlik will not be held liable for any technical issues or disruptions that may arise on the client’s end during the appointment.

By booking an appointment with Dr. Sandrine, you agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the information shared during the session. Recording or distributing any part of the session without the explicit consent of all parties involved is strictly prohibited.

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your appointment slot. Please note that missed appointments are not refundable.

Please be punctual for your appointment. Metle Metlik reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
